FDA Postmarket Regulation of Cosmetic Products [Video]

The FDA has “Grand Rounds” where they do a webinar session covering some aspect of the FDA. This month it was on MoCRA: “Postmarket Regulation of Cosmetic Products: The Who, What, Where, When, Why and How.”

As the title implies, it covers all the postmarket FDA requirements for cosmetic products – most of which were changed with the passage of MoCRA.

It doesn’t give a lot of details or examples; mostly just going over the actual text of the of MoCRA, but it’s interesting, and worth a look.

In coming posts I will do a deep dive into each of the aspects of MoCRA. Meantime, this is a good place to get an overview of the regulations.
