FDA Postmarket Regulation of Cosmetic Products [Video]

The FDA has “Grand Rounds” where they do a webinar session covering some aspect of the FDA. This month it was on MoCRA: Postmarket Regulation of Cosmetic Products: The Who, What, Where, When, Why and How.

As the title implies, it covers all the postmarket FDA requirements for cosmetic products, most of which were changed with the passage of MoCRA.

It doesn’t give a lot of details or examples; mostly just going over the actual text of MoCRA, but it’s interesting and worth a look.

In coming posts I will do a deep dive into each of the aspects of MoCRA. Meantime, this is a good place to get an overview of the MoCRA regulations.
